ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Deniz Aydoslu MSc, is a senior yoga and meditation teacher, somatic educator, and an expert in the therapeutic application of yoga for emotional health. She has been part of the teaching faculty for different yoga teacher training programs and as a lecturer for yoga therapy trainings. In her work, she smoothly integrates Western science with Eastern wisdom in a grounded and heart-centered approach to life and spirituality.
