1-on-1 guidance Breathwork

As a Breathwork facilitator, I guide you towards more awareness of your breathing pattern and ways to take control of your mood in various situations. This way you can change your own state with simple tools that can lead to major consequences. With different breathing techniques you experience a direct effect on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level. You can change the state of being that no longer suits or serves you, simply by adjusting your breathing. Adjustments to your breathing pattern work faster than, for example, exercise or nutrition.

This guidance is really a deep dive into yourself. I guide you through all tension zones and thus all layers of yourself. A tension zone is a place where you easily hold tensions, emotions and limiting beliefs. When such a zone is released, a deep transformation can take place whereby your life force becomes fully available again. ​ This can be expressed in your feeling much better in your body and in the significant decrease or disappearance of physical complaints.


You can also experience much more balance emotionally. Emotions no longer take over you, you can breathe into them and let them flow. You also gain insight into your limiting beliefs and behavioral patterns, which can also change them. Above all, your intuition becomes stronger, you can translate your body's signals much better and you are more grounded in yourself. You experience yourself as part of the greater whole. Your spiritual connection is no longer a concept, it is tangible. ​


This process only works if you are willing to work on your process on an almost daily basis. It requires a certain gentle discipline to actually do the exercises I provide.



1. Telephone INTAKE

We check in for your session with a free phone call. Together we analyze your patterns and needs for the process.


2. Session

The first session starts with empathizing with your body. During a breath analysis, we look at what state you are in at that moment. Based on this, we determine which techniques are needed during this and the following sessions.


During the breathing session, for example, we can opt for down-regulating breathing techniques to relax from a fight or flight state. These techniques will have a direct effect on your state of being, where you will experience a lot of peace in your body and mind. This change of state can lead to insights, focus, but also, for example, unprecedented relaxation.


Another breathing technique used during a session is a disruptive breathing technique. I guide you through different breathing patterns. This technique disrupts your system, as it were, causing oxygen shortages in certain parts of your body. This can cause emotions and feelings to come loose and actually flow. As well as energy blockages or stored traumas can become palpable. During this session there will be enough space and time to calm down your system and integrate the experience.


Bodywork is also involved.


Bodywork or body-oriented therapy is a light-hearted and courageous, but simple way to work directly with your complaints. A therapy where you can work without words. Or learn to connect with your body in a completely different way. It is a way to (re)connect with you; inner knowing, compass, boundaries & spirituality. And is a direct way to solve negative beliefs, blockages & trauma.

The body stores experiences and has its own story that can be heard. Body and breath work support your body in letting it flow freely and connecting with yourself.

With body and breath work, your body is invited to flow naturally again. Because you regain contact with your self-direction during the session, you learn to move from your own strength. This creates confidence again while discovering your own limits and your individuality with what lives in you.

Some breathing techniques can be recorded on your phone so that you can use them at home. Whatever technique is discussed, I will guide you within a safe and quiet environment, where there is room for everything that presents itself at that moment. No long breathing sessions, but a minimum effective dose.


3. Completion & advice

We close each session with room to share your experiences and ask any questions that come up. In addition, I give you advice about the course after the session. During the integration sessions we look at which breathing exercises or other exercises such as meditation, journaling, walks you can integrate into your daily life.

  • Session 4: Discuss progress, breathing session, evaluation and advice (1.5 hours)

Intensive guidance: "Reconditioning breathwork"

  • Session 3, 4, 5 & 6: Discuss progress, breathing session, bodywork, any adjustments for daily integration (1.5 hours)

  • Session 7: Making a future plan, breathing session, evaluation and advice (1.5 hours)

Cold exposure

It's healthy - not for everyone, that's true, but for most people a mind blowing experience and life change if they make the cold a part of their lives.

You don't believe me? 1000000 have already gone before you around the world and they do it EVERY day. I myself take a dip in the swimming pond at least once a week (throughout the year) or in an ice bath and close (almost) every shower with cold water. I can't do it without anymore!

 Practical information


  • Provide comfortable clothing
  • Have an empty stomach
  • Don't wear any make-up
  • Be on time (if you are late, the session is a bit shorter, but still very valuable!)
  • You can pay by bank transfer or MisterCash at the latest one day before the session
  • You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment
  • Everything discussed during the sessions is strictly confidential
  • Take time after the session for a walk or to write your diary or journal

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for a 1-on-1 session, you are requested to notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours before the session will have to be charged for 50%.
